  • What inspired you to pursue a career in the document processing industry, and what has your journey been like so far?

I find inspiration in the success stories of employees who have advanced within the company and I’m excited about the opportunities for growth and professional development - I truly enjoy my job.

Being part of a multicultural team with flexible hours and no travel requirements is something I value. My experience with Procys has been amazing so far, and I feel grateful to be part of such a dynamic industry. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive whenever needed, and their encouragement motivates me to continually improve.

  • The IWD 2025 theme is ‘Accelerate Action.’ In your opinion, what key actions are needed to achieve gender equality in the industry?

In my opinion, there are several key actions needed to achieve gender equality in the industry. Firstly, it’s essential to enable education and skill development. We must also increase the number of women in leadership roles, as well as use technology to boost inclusion in the industry.

  • What advice would you give to women looking to enter or advance in the document processing industry?

Believe in yourself, regardless of the technology you're working with. Build strong connections within your organization and actively seek out new opportunities. It’s important to keep an open mind and share your ideas. Furthermore, I would underline the importance of pursuing what you’re passionate about, staying confident, and taking on challenges with determination. And above all, stay focused on your goals, and continuously improve your skills with the right guidance.

  • How can organizations and industry leaders support and empower women to drive faster progress toward gender equality?

Industry leaders should provide equal opportunities to women. Mentoring them will enhance their careers, gain confidence, and build strong networks. This is good for any organization. What’s more, supporting work-life balance is essential to retaining talented individuals and encourages women to stay in the workplace.

  • What women have inspired you in your personal and professional life? Are there any female colleagues or industry figures (or from the wider tech sector) who have inspired or influenced you in the past?

The woman who inspires me the most is my mom (Mrs. Rani). She is incredibly strong, loving, and fully dedicated to her work, having made countless sacrifices for our family. She’s always been my biggest cheerleader, helping me tackle challenges with a positive attitude. I am truly grateful for the influence she’s had on my journey and success.
