With a chartered accountancy degree since 2005, I’ve spent 17 years in roles with Big4 accounting firms, a corporate law firm, and a flexible packaging manufacturer. My expertise spans accounting, direct taxes, mergers, restructuring, and more, advising organizations from listed companies to nonprofits. I’ve contributed to board-level reporting, decision-making, and policy formulation, enhancing cost management, financial analysis, and commercial operations.

I am an entrepreneur for almost 30 years now and I have started and sold several companies mostly in the internet space. I enjoy the creation part of a company. What problem can we solve and how can we do that in such a way that we become one of the best in that what we do. Automating business processes has always been my passion and that is why we started Procys. Next to running my main company Openprovider, I mentor entrepreneurs and colleagues and I am also an active investor in tech startups and tech stocks in the stock market.
Over two decades of experience with over 7 years as a CFO of various types of companies including Software, Fintech, and Robotic companies. This experience has been across Geographies like EU, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Raised and deployed over USD 3 billion of Capital and set up corporate structures and finance and accounting teams. For me, Procys offers a very interesting value proposition using AI/ML techniques to solve AP issues at the moment but can be very scalable in future for different use cases.
