I enjoy interacting with and persuading outstanding candidates to join our global remote team. I have a Bachelor of International Business Management from IPAC. I also have multiple certifications in technical recruiting, talent sourcing, and recruiting foundations from LinkedIn. I use my skills and knowledge to improve our hiring process and frameworks and to provide a superior candidate experience. I am always responsive, transparent, and honest with the applicants, and I respect their autonomy and feedback. Apart from recruitment, I also work on other HR-related tasks.

I am passionate about building long-term relationships with candidates and clients. I follow the latest trends and best practices in the IT industry, and I have expertise in sourcing candidates from various platforms and tools. I am also a 1st dan black belt in Shotokan Karate, demonstrating my discipline, perseverance, and dedication in everything I do.
