Follow these simple steps to link your Procys account with Holded and streamline your business processes:

  1. Navigate to the Apps Section: Start by going to the "Apps" section within your Procys dashboard.
  2. Find Holded: Scroll through the list of apps until you find the Holded integration.
  3. Connect to Holded: Click on the "Connect" button. This will open up options to enable the integration.
  4. Enter Your API Key: You’ll need to enter your API key from Holded. Just paste it into the input field and click outside the field to save. This action triggers our 'save on focus out' feature.
  1. Verify the Connection (Optional): You can click on "Check connection" to ensure everything is set up correctly.
  2. Sync Your Data: Click on "Sync dimensions" to start synchronizing suppliers/vendors, expense accounts (GLA in Procys), and taxes from Holded to your Procys account.
  1. Check Sync Status: The amount of data being synced may affect how long the process takes. You can monitor the progress by visiting the specific dimension page in Procys to see if the dimensions have been updated.
