The Procys application offers a variety of states to efficiently manage your documents. Here's a detailed tutorial on each of them:
This state indicates that the document is in the process of analysis by Procys' artificial intelligence. Once the analysis is complete, the document moves to the next state.
After data extraction, the document moves to this state for you to review the extracted information. Here, you can validate or correct data as needed.
After reviewing the information, you can send the document to the Validate state. In this state, the document undergoes additional validation by a designated user. Choose the person from the list of validators to whom you want to send the document, or you can create a new user.
When the document has been successfully reviewed and validated, you can choose to export it to other systems or platforms.
Indicates that the document has been successfully exported to the desired location, in UBL, CSV, Excel, or DAT format.
If you find errors or significant discrepancies during the review, you can reject the document. The "Rejected" state allows for correction before proceeding with validation.
This state signals that there has been an issue during the processing or validation of the document. It's essential to review the reason for the error and correct the necessary information.
When a document no longer requires additional actions and is considered finished, you can archive it. Archived documents are available for reference but are not subject to future updates. You can later delete the document.
