How to Annotate Documents in Procys?

With simple steps, you can annotate the data from your extracted and processed documents.

  1. Login to Procys:

Go to https://login.procys.com and log in with your email and password. Once logged in, you can upload documents.

Automated Upload by Email: send your documents to the email provided in the "Apps" section, "Email Receiver", documents will appear in your Procys account.

Manual Upload: click on "Upload documents" on the Dashboard. All uploaded documents will be displayed on the page.

2. Start Annotation:

Click on the document and start annotating the mandatory fields presented in lines. You can edit them directly. Use an independent editing form by clicking on the blue pencil icon on the right side of the line.

Remember, Procys can export not only standard values (provider data, products, discounts, etc.) but also custom fields you may need.

3. Finalize Annotation and Save:

First, send the file to the "Validate" state using the "Send to validate" button. Choose another user if you want someone else to validate it. If not, send it to yourself and then click "Send". Once you've reviewed the entire document, click "Validate".

4. Export the Data: after clicking "Validate," the document will be ready to "Export." When the document is in the "Export" state, the data will be automatically extracted into CSV and UBL files. Use the "Next" button to move to another document.
